Adv. Naresh Kumar a Senior partner has experience of more than 11 years specialized in corporate and commercial matters. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, mergers & demergers, liquidations/winding up, foreign investments, regulatory approvals, strategic alliances, and collaborations, structuring of investment routes, joint ventures, business transfer, corporate and legal due diligence, company restructurings, setting up of branch office or liaison office in India or a subsidiary company in India and private equity transactions, drafting of various corporate and commercial agreements.

CA Anil Kumar Sharma (B.COM(H), M.COM, FCA)
Practicing Chartered Accountant with over 19 Years of practice, CA Anil Kumar Sharma holds a very diverse experience in providing and delivering business solutions to Clients. He holds an extensive experience in Indirect tax advisory. He has a specialization in Good and Service Tax including registration, compliances, and appellate matters.
He has been delivering lectures regularly on VAT/Service Tax and GST to various CPE Study Circle of NIRC of ICAI,Sales tax Bar Association and other Associations and has been associated with Sales tax Bar Association
