POSH - The Sexual Harassment of Women At WORKPLACE ACT : COMPLIANCES
The Act is applicable to all the Companies/Establishments having 10 or more employees. Every Employer who does not ensure Compliance of the Provisions of the Act is punishable with penalty of Rs.50000/- & Consequently Cancellation of its Registration/licence from the Government.
As per the provisions of the Act, an Advocate or an NGO is required to represent in the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). We as an Advocate/Through our NGO, have our vast experience in ensuring all the Compliances for our Clients. The main steps of Compliances are as follows
